The SWIFT MT-799 Ready, Willing, and Able (RWA) message is a free-format bank-to-bank communication used to confirm that a client is prepared to engage in a financial transaction. It serves as a formal statement from the issuing bank, asserting that the client has sufficient funds or credit to execute the transaction as agreed upon.
